How to find Zoom Rooms? ›

Open Zoom Desktop. Navigate to the top menu and select "meetings." A list of meetings you have scheduled should be listed.

Open the Zoom Rooms app on the Zoom Rooms Controller (Tablet, Laptop or Phone). The computer will display a pairing code.

Tap Breakout Rooms on the top-left side of the meeting controls. This will display the list of open breakout rooms created by the host. Tap the Breakout Room you wish to participant in and then tap Join. Repeat as necessary to join other breakout rooms, or click Leave Room to return to the main session.

You can view the list of public meetings and webinars that you can join by signing into your Zoom account and hovering on the JOIN link at the top of the page. Click Public Event List.

Copy the Zoom link for the scheduled meeting

In the navigation menu, click Meetings. Click the topic of the meeting. To the right of Invite Link, manually copy the Zoom link for the meeting or click the Copy icon . You can paste that link into an email or share that Zoom meeting link with others anywhere else.

Log into the Zoom web portal as an administrator account. Navigate to ADMIN > Room Management > Zoom Rooms. In the left-side hierarchy, select a location, floor, or room, and click the Edit.

Click the Meetings tab . A pop-up window will appear, displaying the meeting details. In the window, under Join Zoom Meeting, copy the Zoom link for the meeting. You can paste that link into an email or share that Zoom meeting link with others anywhere else.
