This yummy breakfast is a cinch to make and can be made the night before and heated up for a quick breakfast in the morning! My kids love this Crock Pot Apple Granola Breakfast I adapted from Crock Pot’s365 Days of Crock Pot Recipes.

Ingredients forCrock Pot Apple Granola Breakfast

  • 4 apples, peeled, cored and sliced
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, plus 1/3 cup
  • 1.5 tablespoon ground cinnamon, divided
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons butter, diced, divided
  • 14 oz box oats, raisin and honey granola cereal, divided

How to Make Apple Granola Breakfast in a Crock Pot

  1. Place your apple slices in the bottom of a lightly greased 4-quart slow cooker (I used Mr. Big, my4-quart Crock Pot)
  2. Sprinkle on your lemon juice, 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon on top of your apples
  3. Add 2 cups of your granola cereal, 2 tablespoons of your diced butter and mix well
  4. Mix together your remaining ingredients and sprinkle on top
  5. Cover and cook on high for 1 – 1 1/2 hours

Ingredients
