What this job involves: This position will be responsible for managing and leading a team of sourcing professionals and will work directly with Sourcing & Procurement leadership, Account leadership, and Clients to manage expectations and team deliverables.

What this job involves:

  • Provide impactful leadership in a collaborative environment.
  • Drive results through program implementation and monitoring success, and ensure the account meets KPI and Goals set forth by Sourcing & Procurement, the Account Team, and Client.
  • Oversee assigned portfolio compliance and controls, develop new and innovative sourcing strategies, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships to drive both immediate and sustained benefits to Client. Proactively manage internal and external expectations by understanding their business needs and priorities.
  • Bring strategic thought leadership to the team, as it relates to Sourcing and People Manager activities.
  • Ensure contracting and procurement standards, policies, and procedures are maintained and followed throughout the account
  • Partner with internal operations teams such as JLL Facility Management and Project Management teams to drive both immediate and sustained benefits to the Client.

Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree – Business, Supply Chain Management preferred.
  • MBA, a plus
  • CPM, CPSM or CPSD certification preferred.
  • E-procurement experience, preferably Jaggaer.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 8+ years of strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect categories related to facilities services highly desired along with people management experience.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Executive presence and ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and drive decisioning.
  • Development, implementation, and execution of Category Strategies and Annual Sourcing Plans to drive operational and cost efficiency for the Client.
  • Ensure sourcing technology tools are leveraged where applicable.
  • Ensure compliance with sourcing and contracting policies and procedures.
  • Review and analyze data to make effective business decisions.
  • Partner your teams with operations by providing management, detailed instruction, and continuous follow-up to support the operations teams in standardized RFP/bid and contract processes.
  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders, including Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure all contractual terms and conditions comply with standard or other contract changes are formally reviewed and approved by legal/risk management.
  • Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS applications - Excel, Word & PowerPoint
  • E-procurement experience.

Estimated compensation for this position is:

100,000.00 – 120,000.00 USD per year

The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
