Mamba mentality….always adapting 🐍🐍2️⃣4️⃣

Every year I establish a new theme for the New Year. This theme will govern they way I approach the year and what I encourage my team to focus on.Last year for 2023, it was the year of the 🐐, aka the great one Michael Jordan. My team was inundated with Jordan quotes. This year we get to book end 2023 with 202️⃣4️⃣,the year of the 🐐with 2️⃣4️⃣, Mamba Mentality 🐍.What does Mamba mean?Kobe Bryant's "Mamba Mentality" wasn't just about basketball; it was a fierce approach to life that transcended the court. In 2024, with the world still navigating recovery and uncertainty, these principles offer powerful guidance for our professional pursuits. Here's how to channel the Mamba Mentality into your 2024 outlook: 1. Obsession over Preparation: Ruthless Focus: Define your professional goals with laser precision. Stellar trip with Kara Ashley, CRPC® and Kimble Skov last week. I appreciate their partnership and I loved the added bonus of getting to see the Bank of Hawaii ohana. After week on the road, it was nice to return to some fun swag from Integrity Marketing Group LLC in the office. Clearly, my son digs it.
