How do I find a meeting room in Zoom? ›

Sign in to the Zoom web portal. In the navigation menu, click Meetings. Click the Personal Room tab. To the right of Invite Link, manually copy your personal Zoom link or click the Copy icon .

Open the Zoom Rooms app on the Zoom Rooms Controller (Tablet, Laptop or Phone). The computer will display a pairing code. Enter this code on the controller.

Tap Breakout Rooms on the top-left side of the meeting controls. This will display the list of open breakout rooms created by the host. Tap the Breakout Room you wish to participant in and then tap Join. Repeat as necessary to join other breakout rooms, or click Leave Room to return to the main session.

Run the Zoom Rooms controller in scheduling display mode and position the tablet outside of a conference room to display the room's availability and allow it to be reserved. The scheduling display will show all upcoming meetings for that day. You can also allow users to cancel their reservation.

Sign in to the Zoom desktop client. Click the Team Chat tab . At the top of the chat panel, click the down arrow icon next to Chat. Click Join a Channel.
