Newark, Delaware Joe "JP" Pak 1968 — 2023 Joe "JP" Pak, 54 of Newark, DE, passed away Saturday, April 15, 2023 in Newark, DE. He fought a brief but courageous battle with an aggressive cancer. Born in Taegu, South Korea on May 25, 1968. He was the son of Young Han Lee and the late Kwang Ung Pak. Joe owned and operated Pak's Painting in Newark, DE. He enjoyed playing darts and going to the movies. He loved food and experiencing new places to eat. Most of all he loved spending time with his family.
